Mind-blowing service, from the super welcoming receptionist to the incredibly nice airport shuttle driver. The spacious and comfortable room was upgraded to a jaw-dropping suite for free! The hotel's central location was just a short walk away from a shopping center and a beautiful mosque. The swimming pool was nice and the breakfast was good. The staff was very accommodating, although more tourist-type information would be helpful. the hotel provided great value for money and was clean and comfortable.

The staff at Darin Plaza went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They provided excellent customer service and were extremely helpful throughout my visit. I was particularly impressed with their support when I fell ill with food poisoning, as they assisted me in getting the necessary medical care. Additionally, the hotel's location was great - it was conveniently situated near the Jalil Khayat Mosque and within walking distance of both the Citadel and Ainkawa. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location.

I had a wonderful experience at Darin Plaza Hotel. Despite a few minor issues, such as the lack of airport pickup and the condition of the carpets in the room, the hotel staff made up for it with their friendliness and willingness to help.

Darin Plaza Hotel exceeded my expectations with its superb hospitality and fantastic location. The hotel is conveniently situated near a mall, restaurants, and within a 30-minute walk from Qalat. The room service staff was polite and honest, ensuring the safety of my valuables throughout my stay. The laundry service was accurate, neat, and quick. The mini bar was replenished daily, and I felt secure with the presence of a diligent security guard. As I was on a working mission, my guests and visitors were treated equally well and I was even offered the use of the meeting room. The free and reliable WiFi was available everywhere. The gym had all the necessary equipment, and although I didn't have the chance to try it, the pool was inviting. The payment process was hassle-free, and I appreciated the option to pay with my credit card at the best rates available. Lastly, the free airport shuttle service provided a warm and welcoming start to my trip.
